  • Completed work product will be delivered to the client
  • These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or harmful activities.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
